Reservations are now being accepted for Phase Three, the final phase in Montane’s first neighbourhood, The Terraces. Interested parties have 17 homesites to choose from starting at $169,000. Sales open August 9. The Terraces neighbourhood consists of a total of 45 homes and will complete the first phase of the multi-stage 660-acre community. At full build out, the value of all homes will be more than $200 million.
